The reception and bar areas were lovely, with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. The location of the hotel was also a plus, right in the heart of the town center, making it convenient for exploring and getting around. the breakfast spread was decent, with a variety of options to choose from.
The mattress was incredibly thin and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The room also faced a brick wall, which meant no natural light and made the space feel quite cramped.

The personnel was polite and the rooms were very clean. We liked to have lunch at Gratzi, found it relatively near the hotel. What's more, free Wi Fi was a bonus.

A cosy base for exploring, enjoyed the suite, this place felt like a 3-star hotel in every way.

terribly hard mats,... Breakfast was a joke. No cheese, no sausage, just jam.

Great location, parking behind the hotel. Supernice, motivated staff. Nice, clean room and bathroom. Breakfast rather questionable (paper bag with small sweet pastry, small bag of chips, tangerine, foam kiss and only instant coffee). But the restaurant in the evening is very recommendable. Super delicious food and great staff.

Plus, being next to a nightclub adds to the vibrant atmosphere of the hotel.
The rooms can be a bit cramped and dated, leading to a less than ideal night's sleep for some guests.

Great location and easy to explore the city by foot. the surrounding area is full of impressive old buildings and cool pubs. the staff are friendly and always happy to help, making you feel at home. Lastly, the rooms are clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The parking near the hotel is not free all the time, so you need to check the timings. the rooms are not very spacious, but this is normal for hotels in city centers.
